I had a generally positive experience with the dealership. The online communication and negotiations went very smoothly, and I was pleased with the overall buying process. My only criticism is that the finance department pushed the extended warranty a little harder than I would have preferred.
Chester made the purchase of my 2026 Outback easy. He was answered all my questions and when he indicated the 2026 Outback ride was an upgrade from my 2023 Outback he was just blowing smoke. My 2026 Outback is the quietist and smoothest ride I’ve experienced.

They helped me get my dream car despite it being out of state at what I thought was too far a distance. Charles was informative and not pushy at all. With his and Don's help I was able to drive home with my car in few hours. Charles offered to take care of some blemishes weren't addressed before the purchase! Vehicle was a wholesale so my expectations were low. But there was a major drivetrain issue and I decided to take a risk and got it. Took it to get a quote and it’s over 3k to fix. And on top of that the car didn’t even make it 20 miles before the engine light came on. So they reset it just to sell it.
